Battle Through The Heavens Season 3 Final Trailer Unveiled a Day Before its Official Release in China

A glimpse at the upcoming Battle Through The Heavens Season 3 had been unveiled by Wanda Pictures and Shanghai Motion Magic Animation Studio in the final trailer for the anime a day before its official release on July 21, 2019 in China.
The new trailer features almost everything that we had seen from the previous trailer which has been released a few weeks ago. However, some additional clips were added though it is only minor, we could definitely see that the animation quality for Battle Through The Heavens Season 3 had increased considerably based on the trailer which had been unveiled so far.

The story of Battle Through the Heavens Season 3 will continue where the previous season had ended and we will finally see Xiao Yan’s encounter with Queen Medusa who will play a very important role in his life in the future. The Tageer desert arc promises an action-packed story, although some changes or variations may be made in the anime that will differ the story from the novel. Among the things that we can sure though about the upcoming 3rd season of the anime is the attack of Jia Ma Empire experts on the Snake-people tribe, Queen Medusa’s evolution to reach the Dou Zong stage, Yun Yun and Xiao Yan’s heartbreaking reunion, and Xiao Yan’s infiltration on the Mo Clan. Although many fans are wishing that Battle Through The Heavens Season 3 may include Xiao Yan’s return in the Jia Ma Empire and his long-awaited battle against Nalan Yanran but it seems we could save that for any possible succeeding seasons.

[Update] As of July 21, 2019: Here’s a glimpse at Battle Through the Heavens Season 3 opening theme song which use most of the animation or clips that we had seen in the previous trailers. On my end, I am definitely appalled by the theme song which sounds really good.

So, what we should expect to see in Battle Through The Heavens Season 3 are as follows:
  • Yue Mei chasing Xiao Yan
  • I believe this is one of the most exciting and action-packed parts of the arc on which our protagonist almost died. Good thing Yun Yun, and Gu He’s party save him in time.
  • Gu He party versus the Generals of Snake-people Tribe
  • Queen Medusa excruciating evolution
  • Xiao Yan scavenging the rewards of Queen Medusa
  • The birth of the 7-colored Heaven Swallowing Python
  • Xiao Yan’s almost hopeless escape from Snake-people Elders
  • Yao Lao’s possessed Xiao Yan to fight the Snake-people Elders
  • Xiao Yan and Yun Yun meet again where Yun Yun invited our hero to join the Misty Cloud Sect
  • Qing Lin is kidnapped by Mo Clan
  • Xiao Yan infiltrates the Mo Clan to save Qing Lin
  • Sky Serpent Mansion people appear in the story
  • Xiao Yan will fight Mo Cheng to death
  • Nalan Yanran will appear in the story again and will meet Xiao Yan (in disguise)

Well, these are only few of the things that we might see in the upcoming 3rd season of Battle Through The Heavens. I think it’ll be awesome to watch the 2nd season special episodes titled Song of Desert which is a 3-episode OVA featuring the meeting of Queen Medusa and her twin sister with the Ice Emperor Hai Bodong. Followed by the actual Battle Through The Heavens Season 3 which will premiere this July 21, 2019.
