A new promotional video for Infinite Stratos 2: Love and Purge game has began streaming last Thursday from MAGES.’ 5pb. Games. The new promo features the character Laura Bodewig who will be voiced by Marina Inoue. Last week, 5pb. Games released a promotional video featuring the character Charlotte.
The game will allow players to forge a relationship with its heroines to trigger new events, and it also features a “communication mode,” where players can massage the heroines. If performed well, the heroines reward players and raise their “Braveheart Points“. If players fail, they lose Points and are punished. Houki Shinonono‘s sister Tabane also makes an appearance in the game (Via: Anime News Network).
The game was previously slated for July 30 release however, in a latest news it was said that it will be ship for PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 3 on September 3.
Infinite Stratos 2: Love and Purge will be available at a retail price of 6,800 yen (around US$57), but it will also have a limited edition release for 9,800 yen (around US$82), and a digital downloadable version for 6,000 yen (around US$50).
An SD figure of Laura Bodewig in black cat pajamas will be added on the limited edition together with the game original soundtrack. A product codes to download PlayStation 3 “sexy bunny” and PS Vita “pretty poodle” costumes are included in the first copies of the game.
The game is based from the anime series Infinite Stratos 2, the second of two series that adapted Izuru Yumizuru‘s original Infinite Stratos light novel series. The anime second season premiered in 2013 and Sentai Filmworks and Sention23 will release it in home video on December 9.
