There’s a lot of controversy around Goten’s form. How can he achieve the super Saiyan form so easily?

Goten hasn’t got anywhere near the experience Goku had when he first achieved super Saiyan. Akira Toriyama the creator of Dragon Ball has a reason behind this. The reason why Goten achieved the super Saiyan form so easily is because of genetics.
That’s right, Goten is naturally gifted.
In order to achieve the powerful super Saiyan form, you have to first be a Saiyan, of course. Train often and you have to have S-cells. This is all according to Toriyama.
The more S-cells, you have, the stronger you are. And of course, it’s not shocking Goten has a lot of these S-cells. After all, he is Goku’s son.
So why couldn’t Gohan transform so easily and at a young age. Well, it still comes down to S-cells, it’s all up to chance. When you train, the more S-cells you will develop, it just so happens, Goten had developed them with not a lot of training.
This information by Toriyama also explains why Pan was able to fly even though she’s just a baby. As the Dragon Ball series and movies progress, there’s a possibility that younger Saiyans will develop into main characters because of their strength.
Goten and Pan won’t have to train anywhere near the intensity of Goku and Vegeta, simply due to genetics.
What do you guys think? Do you think S-cells is just a terrible excuse for Goten’s power?
