Food Wars! The Third Plate Full Promo – The Battle Against the Council of Ten

The battle against the Council of Ten is the highlight of the upcoming third season of Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma anime which is set to premiere this October 3, 2017. In the latest promotional video that was streamed via Mainichi Shimbun’s Mantan website previews the ZAQ’s opening theme song “Braver.”

It was previously announced that Yoshitsugu Matsuoka is returning as Soma Yukihira while joining him is Hisako Kanemoto as Erina Nakiri who replaced Risa Taneda who go on hiatus for her health issues. In addition, the cast also includes Akira Ishida as Eishi Tsukasa, Shizuka Itou as Rindo Kobayashi, Rie Kugimiya as Momo Akanegakubo, Kana Hanazawa as Nene Kinokuni, and Yuuki Kaji as Terunori Kuga.

As ZAQ is performing the opening theme song, the Japanese rock duo nano.RIPE will performed the ending theme song for one of the top upcoming anime of fall 2017.

 

Fans should expect the continuation of the hype and fun from the previous season as Yoshitomo Yonetani is coming back to direct Food Wars! The Third Plate at J.C. Staff. Therefore, we can all expect for the same awesome and even better quality of animation for the series. In addition, returning to supervise the series scripts is Shogo Yasukawa, as well as Tomoyuki Shitaya who is providing the character designer; still handling the music is Tatsuya Katou.
