The highly anticipated anime of the year finally unveiled its first ever trailer. Code Geass: Lelouch of the Resurrection which is the sequel to the almost perfect conclusion of Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion 2. Everybody may think that the finale of the second season is ‘godlike’ and simply perfect, now some speculations is saying that this sequel may further glorify the legendary status of Code Geass in the anime history or may deteriorate it, destroying the masterpiece ending that season 2 had been imposed.

 

The announcement for the third entry of the Code Geass franchise took place last year with the title revealed to be Code Geass: Lelouch of the Resurrection. The story of this new installment in the franchise took place several years after the epic “Zero Requiem” and the supposedly death of Lelouch vi Britannia. Well, one thing is sure, fans can expect this anime to be not different from the first 2 installment as Goro Taniguchi who spearheaded Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion and Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 is back to direct the anime.

 

 

Now, we just need further details in order to get more glimpse of the highly anticipated return of no other than Lelouch vi Britannia, the demon who destroyed the world and created anew together with C.C., the immortal witch and his valiant knight of zero, Suzaku Kururugi.
