The first promotional video for the upcoming boys-love anime Super Lovers previews the series opening theme song which is performed by Yūsuke Yata. Super Lovers opening theme is titled “Okaeri.” (Welcome Home) and it was previews in the promo video together with the show’s main cast.
Aside from Yūsuke Yata who will performed the opening theme, the anime’s official website also revealed that the show’s ending theme which is titled “Happiness YOU&ME” will be performed by the voice actor unit Kaidō 4 Kyōdai (Kaidō 4 Brothers). The unit is made up four voice actors: Ren (Junko Minagawa), Haru (Tomoaki Maeno), Aki (Yoshitsugu Matsuoka), and Shima (Takuma Terashima).
Super Lovers anime will premiere on April 6, 2016 at AT-X, and then it will air on several TV channels such as Tokyo MX, Sun TV, BS22, tvk, Mie TV, Chiba TV, Gifu Broadcasting, TV Saitama, and TVQ Kyushu Broadcasting.
Super Lovers Story
The manga’s story begins with a high school boy named Haru and his mother living overseas. His mother orders him to take care of and “civilize” his adoptive brother Ren, a wild young boy who dislikes talking with other people. While their relationship is adversarial at first, they grow closer as they begin to understand one another.
Helming the upcoming anime series is Shinji Ishihira who’s directing the show at Studio DEEN with Yoshiko Nakamura who is supervising the series scripts. The character designs for the anime were drawn by Miki Takihara while producing the music is Nippon Columbia.
