Haikyuu!! Second Season New Opening Theme Performed by Burnout Syndromes

Haikyuu!! Second Season anime new opening theme was unveiled in the first 2016 issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. It revealed that Haikyuu!! Second Season new opening theme titled “Fly High!!” is performed by the band Burnout Syndromes. The new opening theme will premiere in January replacing the current opening theme song of the anime.

The new opening theme of Haikyuu!! is performed by the three-person rock band Burnout Syndromes. The group was formed in Osaka way back in 2005; they had released several albums to date such as Sekaiichi Utsukushii Sekaiichi Utsukushii Sekai and Bungaku Shōjo. In addition, the group also released the single “LOSTTIME” under Tower Records.

Haikyuu!! Story

After losing to Aoba Johsai at the Inter-High, the Karasuno High Volleyball Team is working their hardest toward the Spring Tournament. In the meantime, it’s decided that they’ll be heading to Tokyo for a training camp with Nekoma High and a handful of other powerful schools. They team is practicing hard, and not day during their run, Hinata and Kageyama get too excited and end up lost, and end up meeting someone rather unexpected…

The current opening theme of Haikyuu!! Second season is titled “I’m a Believer” performed by SPYAIR.
The new season of the series premiered last October 3 and it is consisted of 25 episodes. The series is based from the volleyball manga by Haruichi Furudate.
