An updated promotional video for the upcoming anime series Dimension Whas been posted on the show’s official website on Tuesday. Furthermore, it was also unveiled that Dimension W anime premiere date is January 10 and a new visual for the series was released. The promotional video features the song “Genesis” by STEREO DIVE FOUNDATIONwhich is the opening theme of the 2016 anime series. Dimension W anime will premiere on several Japanese TV stations including Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, BS11, Sun TV, TV Aichi, and AT-X. Dimension W anime is based from the manga of the same title written by Yuji Iwahara.

Dimension W Story:
In the year 2071, the world’s energy problems seem solved by a network of cross-dimensional electric-field inductors- “coils” -that extract energy from a seemingly infinite source. That source is the W dimension, a fourth plane that exists beyond the X, Y, and Z dimensions.
In this world, unofficial “illegal” coils harness powers that the police can’t hope to counter. Dealing with these coils is the job of coil-hating repo man Kyoma, whose run-in with the unique coil android Mira leads the two to form a reluctant partnership.
The series is directed by Kanta Kamei at Studio 3Hz and Orange. The characters were drawn by Tokuyuki Matsutake, while serving as the story editor is Shôtarô Suga.
