The Young Brewmaster’s Adventure Season 2 Had Been Hinted

Baili Dongjun and his youthful adventure together with the young men that he had met along the way seems to continue after the donghua adaptation of Shao Nian Bai Ma Zui Chun Feng‘s novel finally ended on February 8, 2023.

The duo of Baili Dongjun and his property wrecker, Sikong Changfeng is about to unfold further and deeper into the martial arts world as these young men carved their paths and names in the world of martial heroes.

The Young Brewmaster’s Adventure Season 2 (Shaonian Bai Ma Zui Chun Feng) Hinted

Upon the finale of The Young Brewmaster’s Adventure Season 1 Part 2 in February, it left us all with many questions as well as anticipation of what’s to come. It feels like the first season was only the beginning of a bigger and even grandier adventure. It sets everything in motion as our young master learns to explore outside of his comfort zone, meet new friends and foes alike along the way, and even reunited with a precious soul he had met before.

The donghua concluded with Dongjun’s master, the Sword Deity of Western Chu reaching the end of his life in order to defeat the opponents from the Demon Sect that attacked the Baili Manor.

Yue Yao as someone from the Demon Sect also separates ways with Dongjun. Although we all know that their fate will once again be intertwined and that is what we have to look forward to when The Young Brewmaster’s Adventure Season 2 had been finally realized.

Dongjun also joined Lei Mengsha back in the Imperial Capital and this is where their brand new journey begins. It was also shown that Sikong Changfeng is preparing to meet up with them and we can simply expect an exciting reunion between the two young lads.

What You Need to Know about Shaonian Bai Ma Zui Chun Feng Donghua?

The Young Brewmaster’s Adventure was adapted from Zhou Munan‘s novel called Shao Nian Bai Ma Zui Chun Feng which was a prequel to its main series, Shaonian Gexing (Great Journey of Teenagers), also known as the Song of Adolescence.

Shao Nian Bai Ma Zui Chun Feng translated as Youth on White Horse, Drunk on Spring Breeze is a novel by Zhou Munan that was completed in 2019 and consisted of 355 chapters with 734,000 words.

The story is set about twenty years before Shao Nian Ge Xing and the main characters in the novel are Baili Dongjun and Sikong Changfeng as well as their shifu, Li Changsheng. Supporting characters with major roles are Lei Mengsha, Xiao Ruofeng, and Ye Dingzhi. The story spans the time from when Baili Dongjun first learned martial arts to the war with the Demonic Cult. Many familiar characters from the original novel make appearances in the prequel.

The donghua adaptation of The Young Brewmaster’s Adventure was first announced in April 2021 by Mango TV and Youku with CG Year handling its animation production. For those who had been unfamiliar, CG Year is also the studio behind its main series the Great Journey of Teenagers, and other Chinese 3D donghua like Carp Reborn, Sword of Dawn, and The Land of Miracles to name a few of them.

It first aired on July 27, 2022, until February 8, 2023; the first season was divided into 2 parts – amounting to a total of 20 episodes for 1st season.

Now, with all the hints that were left behind by the donghua upon its 1st season finale, we can only wait for an official announcement and keep our hopes high up for The Young Brewmaster’s Adventure Season 2 to be finally confirmed. In my own opinion, I think we have to wait for the Great Journey of Teenagers Season 3 first before we might get updates about the new season of its prequel series.
