This decade for anime industry had been invaded by isekai genre and we all have the reasons to rejoice for another isekai giant is coming back. Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World anime season 2 had been confirmed.
Among the returning cast members for Re:Zero season 2 are as follows:
- Yūsuke Kobayashi as Subaru
- Rie Takahashi as Emilia
- Yumi Uchiyama as Puck
- Inori Minase as Rem
- Rie Murakawa as Ram
- Satomi Arai as Beatrice
- Takehito Koyasu as Roswaal

Furthermore, a promotional video for Re:Zero OVA 2 had been unveiled. Re:ZERO: Starting Life in Another World – Frozen Bonds which is a direct prequel to the Re:Zero first season is scheduled to air on fall this year.
Re:Zero had been adapted from a light novel series by author Tappei Nagatsuki which had been launched on Shōsetsuka ni Narō in 2012. The novel had been published in English by Yen Press and a manga adaptation was also released by Daichi Matsuse.
Well, if this isn’t good news then I don’t know what shall we call it. Everybody may not love Re:Zero but one thing is sure though, the anime had given us one of the biggest love triangles the anime community had seen in the recent years and that’s between Subaru, Emilia, and Rem.
