Psycho-Pass Sinners of the System or Psycho-Pass SS in short is the upcoming trilogy film from one of the best sci-fi anime franchise in the past few years. The Sibyl System is back and thus, delivering an exciting blow of mysterious killings and nerve-racking actions much to the delight of psychotic anime fans out there.

This 2018 anime film may not be included in this list if we’re going to discuss about upcoming movies, however, it definitely is one of the most hyped anime in the recent years with remarkable solid animation, storylines, interesting characters, and jaw-dropping action scenes. Thus, it is definitely an anime that you shouldn’t dare to miss especially if you’re a supernatural-action anime sucker.

Everybody’s making a hype out of this anime movie especially after the big bang explosive finale of the series few weeks ago. Nonetheless, it definitely deserved all the hypes and you guys know the reason. It’s because its Dragon Ball, there’s Goku, there’s Vegeta, Gohan, Piccolo, and the rest of the gang that we all love since the 80s. It’s the most phenomenal anime franchise ever, that’s why anime fans need no specific reasons to get hype but simply anticipates for the film’s release because it is simply a Dragon Ball series installment.

Serving as the sequel to 2017’s Saga of Tanya the Evil from winter anime lineup, this upcoming anime movie will make us explode due to insane action, and awesome animation sequences. This is anime story that will make you change your opinion about small girls who could be a witch but at the same at time a salaryman. This is going to be epic, of course it is because it’s about the Devil of Rhine.

This is an anime film of 2018 that I personally looking forward so bad. I’m a big fan of Natsume and thus, being given the chance to see him continue his journey and probably getting closer in finding any hints or details about his grandmother and possibly his grandfather simply made me happy. The film will feature an original story written by Natsume’s Book of Friends creator Yuki Midorikawa.

The dark and enthralling world of Made in Abyss will be feature in a wider scale in the upcoming two compilation films from the franchise that will let us relive the drama, action, and awe-inspiring animation and visuals from one of best anime titles of 2017.

In case you’re wondering what this anime would be based on its title? That’s also boggling me but does it sounds exciting to have a film titled “Future of the Future“, that further adds to this film’s mystery which is done under the leadership of Mamoru Hosoda, the very same director that bring us some of the most phenomenal anime movies in the recent years such as Wolf Children, Summer Wars, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, and The Boy and the Beast.

Not much is known or revealed yet about this anime although it was originally scheduled for release this spring of 2018. Nonetheless, this is a great treat for the fans of the action-comedy-supernatural anime franchise.

A computer-animated film, we’ll gonna have a chance to see the horrifying and gigantic monster that will give us an adrenaline rush for fun, thrill, and exciting adventure.

Our favorite little detective is back. Though this only means that here comes the murder itself. Nevertheless, it’s time to cross our fingers and simply look forward for another mind boggling yet exciting adventure with Conan as they bring us the 22nd film from Case Closed film series.

An anime film that will make us fall in love and tear us into pieces before 2018 ends. This is a must-watch anime especially if you’re a fan of drama-romance genre. I Want to Eat your Pancreas is scheduled to premiere on September 1, 2018.

The title may sounds new to you but it is no other than a part of Sound Euphonium franchise. This will surely bring melodies, rhythm and fun-filled experiences in our spring days.

This is the last installment of the 6-theatrical release films for Digimon Adventure tri. that will bring the story of the Digidestined and their partner digimons into conclusion. It’s about time to witness the denouement of the 15th anniversary of Digimon franchise after it began in 2015. Be ready for a sudden trip of nostalgia though.

Our summer of 2018 couldn’t be hotter than this, an action-filled adventure together with our favorite band of heretic knights is all set in a new journey. This is a touching story of embracing diversity despite of people’s differences and how this circumstances could strengthen a person’s relationship with others.

A sequel to the anime classic Royal Space Force: The Wings of Honnêamise, Uru in Blue is scheduled for release in 2018.

For a relaxing summer retreat, I believe that spending some time to watch Non Non Biyori Vacation is a great choice. A very soothing anime film that will help us find peace in our inner self and enjoy the beauty of the world from the eyes of innocent country girls.

Shikioriori (Flavors of Youth)

The new project from Comix Wave Films in collaboration with Haoliners. This is a rather simple yet exuding another elegance atmosphere just like everyone would expect from the studio behind Your Name. Shikioriori also known as Flavors of Youth is an anthology project which a very similar set up to Makoto Shinkai’s 5 centimeters per second.
