Bilibili’s original animation The Soul of the Soldier Master (Bing Zhu Qi Hun) had been revealed as one of the earliest offerings from its recently unveiled 2021-2022 Chinese anime lineup and features sophisticated 3D elements that set it apart from its other contemporaries.
It is one of the first donghua from Bilibili to air in 2022 alongside the donghua adaptation of the comedy manhua Busted! Darklord. which is scheduled on January 15, and Qian Cong Shou which is slated on January 20.

The Soul of the Soldier Master is an epic in the making, an action and fantasy story that aims to deliver its lore to the foreground of Chinese animation. An original fantasy story that involves the cultivation and a whole lot of action that we often get from various xinxia series while also reminding us of some of the most common tropes in Chinese animation. Synopsis
