The cast members and the character designs for upcoming anime series Active Raid by the Code Geass director Goro Taniguchi has been revealed. The cast members and the character designs were unveiled in the first promotional video for Active Raid which features the anime cast and the designs.
Active Raid: Special Public Security Fifth Division Third Mobile Assault Eighth Unit (Active Raid: Kidō Kyōshūshitsu Dai-Hakkei) or simply known as Active Raid is directed by Goro Taniguchi who is famous for his works on the popular anime series Code Geass.
Active Raid Anime Story
The story is set in a part of Tokyo that has descended into a quagmire. It follows the Eighth Unit of the Fifth Special Public Security Section’s Third Mobile Assault Division — popularly called “The Eighth” — who don powered armor “Willware” exoskeletons to counter the rise in crime.

Well, the character designs looks interesting and cool, for anime fans who are excited to see this new work by Taniguchi, you’d better be ready because Active Raid anime series will premiere on January of 2016 on Tokyo MX and several TV channels.
