The first promotional video for Goro Taniguchi’s Active Raid anime series has been unveiled. The video features some of Active Raid anime cast and character designs; it also revealed some of the staff members.
Active Raid: Special Public Security Fifth Division Third Mobile Assault Eighth Unit (Active Raid: Kidō Kyōshūshitsu Dai-Hakkei) or simply known as Active Raid is directed by Goro Taniguchi, the man behind the very popular anime “Code Geass.”

Active Raid: Special Public Security Fifth Division Third Mobile Assault Eighth Unit Story:
The story is set in a part of Tokyo that has descended into a quagmire. It follows the Eighth Unit of the Fifth Special Public Security Section’s Third Mobile Assault Division — popularly called “The Eighth” — who don powered armor “Willware” exoskeletons to counter the rise in crime.
Serving as the chief director of the original anime series at Production IMS is Goro Taniguchi. Producing the 3D CG of the show is Orange with Noriaki Akitaya as the director. The scripts are written by Naruhisa Arakawa while providing the original character designs is Shun Saeki, who is famous for Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma. Designing the characters for animation is Asako Nishida while Kotaro Nakagawa composing the music for the series.
